Kami, FASTLab akan menginformasikan tentang hal-hal penting mengenai Kebijakan Kerahasiaan data pengguna pada aplikasi FASTLab. Mulai dari bagaimana kami mengolah dan menggunakannya akan disampaikan secara poin-poin pada Kebijakan Kerahasiaan ini. Perlu diperhatikan, dengan mendaftarkan ke/dan menggunakan aplikasi kami, Anda mengakui secara sadar bahwa Anda telah membaca serta menyetujui Kebijakan Kerahasiaan ini serta memberikan persetujuan atas pengumpulan, penggunaan dan pengolahan data sesuai dengan Kebijakan Kerahasiaan ini dan/ atau syarat penggunaan.

FASTLab dan  menyadari bahwa informasi Pengguna dan/atau Pelanggan bersifat rahasia dan pribadi. Oleh karena itu kami berkomitmen untuk melindungi dan merahasiakan data Pengguna dan/atau Pelanggan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan Republik Indonesia.

Kebijakan Kerahasiaan FASTLab meliputi:

  1. Perolehan dan Pengumpulan Data

    2. FASTLab hanya mengumpulkan data perangkat dan informasi Anda untuk menjalankan layanan. FASTLab juga akan menggunakan beberapa informasi Anda untuk alasan lain yang akan dijelaskan di dalam Kebijakan ini. Data perangkat dan informasi yang akan FASTLab kumpulkan ialah:

    1. Informasi guna kebutuhan Registrasi: Untuk dapat menggunakan aplikasi FASTLab, kami akan meminta Anda membuat akun FASTLab agar Anda bisa menggunakan fitur dan berpartisipasi dalam contact tracing. Data yang dibutuhkan termasuk, dan tidak terbatas pada, Nama, Nomor HP Anda, serta lokasi dan waktu registrasi.
    2. Informasi dan Data Perangkat: FASTLab akan menyimpan informasi perangkat berdasarkan perjalanan Anda selama aplikasi sudah terunduh, contohnya: lokasi geografis,. FASTLab juga akan menyimpan informasi atau akses saat anda menggunakan aplikasi, seperti User ID saat registrasi dan akses kamera, galeri serta files.
      • Lokasi geografis: FASTLab akan menggunakan informasi mengenai lokasi Anda, saat menggunakan aplikasi, untuk memberikan informasi layanan lokasi pemeriksaan COVID-19 di area terdekat dengan Anda. FASTLab juga mengambil data informasi lokasi untuk dilampirkan sebagai data pada hasil pemeriksaan COVID-19.
      • Akses pada perangkat: FASTLab hanya akan meminta izin akses untuk menggunakan kamera, galeri dan files saat Anda melakukan perubahan foto profil, mengunduh hasil pemeriksaan COVID-19 dan mengunggah dokumen atau foto identitas diri guna integrasi pelaporan hasil laboratorium ke sistem Kementerian Kesehatan (https://allrecord-tc19.kemkes.go.id/) berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. FASTLab tidak akan mengambil atau menggunakan data kontak Anda atau pun berkas lain selain yang Anda pilih.
      • Photo Media dan File: Jika pengguna memilih foto profil dari kamera, mengunggah identitas diri, FASTLab akan membuka kamera untuk mengambil gambar yang diinginkan user melalui kamera perangkat. Setelah foto berhasil diambil, foto akan disimpan terlebih dahulu ke dalam penyimpanan perangkat, baru digunakan di dalam aplikasi. Jika pengguna masuk ke menu scan QR, FASTLab akan membaca QR Code melalui kamera yang ada pada perangkat, setelah QR Code terbaca, FASTLab akan menutup kamera dan menuju ke halaman selanjutnya. 
      • Wifi :Jika pengguna memilih mengaktifkan layanan “wifi gratis untuk area tertentu pada bagian menu utama”. FASTLab akan membuka dan meminta akses wifi pada perangkat Anda, hal tersebut di tujukan untuk membantu pengguna mendapatkan jaringan yang sudah bekerja sama dengan FASTLab. Kami menjamin keamanan data melalui jaringan internet yang tersedia.
      • Akses Perekam SuaraJika pengguna memilih untuk melakukan verifikasi pemeriksaan kesehatan secara online, FASTLab akan meminta pengguna untuk dapat melakukan panggilan video. Informasi yang kami kumpulkan atau minta, Anda berikan akan kami lakukan sebagai bahan untuk verifikasi oleh tenaga medis kami (dokter), sehingga hasil pemeriksaan dapat dipastikan memiliki keakuratan karena diawasi oleh tim medis kami.
      • Kalender Izin akses kalender merupakan bawaan dari third party video call, dari FASTLab tidak mengunakan fitur akses kalender untuk pengumpulan information atau data.

    Anda dapat melihat dan membatalkan permission/izin akses yang digunakan oleh FASTLab kapan pun melalui menu Setting. Semua akses hanya bisa kami olah dan gunakan jika Anda memberikan izin.

  2. Penggunaan Data

    3. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, aplikasi FASTLab akan mengolah dan menggunakan data Anda untuk melakukan integrasi pelaporan data hasil pemeriksaan COVID-19 ke dalam sistem Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Allrecord-tc19). Data yang telah diambil akan diolah di server selanjutnya akan di input melalui halaman situs (https://allrecord-tc19.kemkes.go.id/), dimana hal ini akan membantu pasien positif bisa tercatat dan mendapatkan berbagai treatment yang diberikan pemerintah Indonesia. Kami akan mem dengan mekanisme:

    • Fitur Member Account melibatkan akses kamera. Akses kamera akan digunakan Ketika pasien/pengguna akan menambahkan anggota yang akan melakukan pemeriksaan COVID-19. Data akses kamera yang dicatat berupa:
      • Hasil foto (format jpg) identitas diri yang digunakan sebagai data tambahan untuk Laboratorium FASTLab melaporkan hasil pemeriksaan COVID-19 ke sistem Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

    Selain itu, data dan akses yang tersimpan akan diolah untuk kebutuhan:

    1. Mempergunakan layanan-layanan pada FASTLab, termasuk data transaksi pemesanan yang lengkap, diantaranya jenis, jumlah dan/atau keterangan dari produk atau layanan yang di inginkan, kanal pembayaran yang digunakan, jumlah transaksi, tanggal dan waktu transaksi, detail informasi pasien serta detail transaksi lainnya. 
    2. Menampilkan lokasi terdekat dimana laboratorium kami berada, untuk memudahkan pengguna untuk mengakses lokasi pemeriksaan COVID-19.
    3. Menampilkan statistik kasus covid-19 di lokasi sekitar Anda.
    4. Menggunakan foto yang tersedia di penyimpanan ponsel Anda dan Anda pilih saat melakukan perubahan foto profil melalui fitur Ubah Profil.
    5. Menggunakan kamera untuk melakukan scan QR Code antrian yang berada lokasi yang sudah terafilliasi dengan FASTLab.
    6. Menampilkan hasil pemeriksaan yang pengguna telah unduh (file pdf) melalui FASTLab.
    7. Memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat terkait informasi seputar dengan pemeriksaan COVID-19.
    8. Sebagai informasi umum dalam dashboard untuk pemerintah dalam pengambilan keputusan.
    9. Untuk kebutuhan dan hal lain yang akan kami beritahu nanti sebelum kami meminta izin aksesnya.

    Semua data dan izin akses dapat Anda batalkan kapan pun dan sewaktu-waktu. Semua fitur hanya bisa digunakan jika Anda memberikan izin atau memberikan persetujuan untuk melakukan aksi tersebut, contohnya: aplikasi hanya akan mengunduh dan mengunggah file yang Anda pilih dan setujui.

    Data-data tersebut akan disimpan sementara di penyimpanan lokal ponsel Anda secara terenkripsi dan akan dikirim ke server secara berkala. Setelah data dikirim ke server, data yang tersimpan di penyimpanan lokal ponsel Anda akan dihapus saat itu juga.

    Data-data tersebut disimpan secara terenkripsi di server FASTLab yang aman dan tidak dibagikan ke publik. Data Anda hanya akan diakses bila Anda dalam risiko tertular COVID-19 dan perlu segera dihubungi oleh petugas kesehatan.

    Data Anda tidak akan diserahkan atau disebarluaskan kepada pihak lain kecuali kepada instansi pemerintah yang saat ini ditunjuk dalam menangani pandemi COVID-19, atau karena ketentuan hukum.

  3. Perlindungan Data Pengguna

    4. Data disimpan aman dalam format terenkripsi dan tidak akan dibagikan kepada pihak lain. Aplikasi juga tidak merekam data geolokasi pengguna. Sedangkan nomor ponsel yang didaftarkan akan direlasikan dengan ID random di dalam server yang aman. Data tidak akan diakses, kecuali jika pengguna dalam risiko tertular Covid-19 dan perlu segera dihubungi oleh petugas kesehatan.

    FASTLab Laboratorium  telah ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Kementrian Kesehatan RI No. HK.01.07-MENKES-4642-2021 sebagai Laboratorium Pemeriksaan COVID-19 Resmi. Melalui infrastruktur, sistem dan aplikasi FASTLab mendukung program pengendalian pandemi COVID-19. Keputusan Menteri tersebut memberikan jaminan perlindungan data pribadi yang sesuai dengan perundang-undangan.

  4. Akses dan Perizinan Pengguna pada perangkat
    • Jika Pengguna memilih foto profil melalui kamera, mengupload data identitas diri sebagai prosedur pendaftaran pasien di FASTLab. FASTLab akan membuka kamera untuk mengambil gambar yang diinginkan melalui kamera perangkat. Setelah foto berhasil diambil, foto tersebut akan disimpan terlebih dahulu ke dalam penyimpanan perangkat, baru digunakan di dalam aplikasi. 

    Untuk perangkat Android dan iOS, aplikasi akan membutuhkan permission/ izin akses untuk:

    • Akses Suara Rekaman pada Perangkat
      • Merekam audio diperlukan FASTLab untuk memudahkan dokter dengan pasien berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan audio yang ada pada device. Tujuannya agar Anda dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan baik. FASTLab dapat mendengarkan suara melalui audio yang ada pada ponsel saat pengguna menggunakan fitur video call dengan dokter untuk melakukan proses validasi hasil pemeriksaan.

      • Bagaimana izin akses ini digunakan?
      • Jika Anda menggunakan fitur swab virtual, sebagai prosedur dasar FASTLab. FASTLab akan membuka audio untuk merekam suara dari Anda hal tersebut akan bersamaan dengan merekam video yang nantinya akan disimpan di perangkat. Dimana hal itu ditujukan sebagai bukti secara kuat kalau pasien sudah mengikuti anjuran dokter untuk swab mandiri.

    • Akses lokasi pengguna
      • Pengguna dapat melihat permission yang digunakan oleh FASTLab dan menon-aktifkan nya kapanpun melalui menu Setting.
      • Untuk dapat melihat aktivitas dan memberikan informasi terkait paparan COVID-19 di sekitar Anda, izinkan FASTLab mengakses data lokasi Anda saat Anda menggunakan aplikasi. FASTLab akan menggunakan akses lokasi untuk membantu pengguna menemukan lokasi atau area pemeriksaan COVID-19 yang terafilliasi dengan FASTLab. Dan sebagai data utama di dalam hasil pemeriksaan COVID-19.

    • Akses Kalender
        Izin akses kalender adalah bawaan dari third party video call, FASTLab tidak mengaktifkan akses kalender tersebut.

    • Akses foto, galeri, dan files Penyimpanan
      Pemberian izin akses foto, media, dan files diperlukan untuk mengakses foto dan files yang ada di dalam penyimpanan ponsel pengguna. Hal ini bertujuan agar:
      • Pengguna bisa memilih foto profil yang diinginkan di fitur Ubah Profil melalui penyimpanan ponsel.
      • Pengguna dapat mengakses file hasil pemeriksaan COVID-19 yang sudah diunduh (berbentuk file pdf) melalui aplikasi file manager atau penyimpanan ponsel.

      • Bagaimana izin akses ini digunakan?
      • Jika pengguna memilih untuk memperbarui foto profil di menu Ubah Profil melalui galeri, FASTLab akan menampilkan foto yang ada pada penyimpanan perangkat untuk dipilih oleh pengguna.
      • Ketika pengguna telah selesai melakukan pengunduhan atas hasil pemeriksaan COVID-19 yang dipilih, FASTLab akan melakukan proses “generate pdf” terhadap file hasil pemeriksaan tersebut, agar dapat diakses/dibaca melalui penyimpanan ponsel.

    • Akses Kamera
      Pemberian akses pada kamera yang ada di dalam penyimpanan ponsel pengguna. Hal ini bertujuan agar:
      • Pengguna dapat mengambil gambar untuk memilih foto profil secara langsung tanpa perlu meninggalkan aplikasi.
      • Pengguna dapat mengambil gambar identitas diri untuk menambahkan anggota / pasien yang akan melakukan pemeriksaan COVID-19.
      • Pengguna dapat mengambil gambar dari dalam galeri perangkat.
      • FASTLab dapat membaca QR Code melalui kamera yang ada pada ponsel saat pengguna menggunakan fitur scan QR untuk melakukan check in dan check out di area-area swab yang sudah terafiliasi dengan FASTLab.

      • Bagaimana izin akses ini digunakan?
      • Jika pengguna masuk ke menu scan QR, FASTLab akan membaca QR Code melalui kamera yang ada pada perangkat, setelah QR Code terbaca, FASTLab akan menutup kamera dan menuju ke halaman selanjutnya.

  5. Ketentuan membagi dan Mentransfer Data

    6. Data Pribadi Anda tidak akan dibagikan oleh FASTLab kepada perusahaan atau entitas apapun kecuali Instansi Pemerintah yang ditunjuk oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia sebagai upaya pengendalian pandemi Covid-19.

    FASTLab akan mengikuti aturan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kominfo mengenai Perlindungan Data. Kami menjunjung tinggi kerahasiaan data pribadi pengguna untuk menciptkan iklim privasi yang sehat. Mekanisme dan cara-cara perolehan data hingga penggunaannya mengikuti aturan ketat dari Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika.

  6. Pengendalian dan Persetujuan Perekaman Data

    7. Aplikasi tidak dapat mengambil dan membagikan data tanpa mendapatkan persetujuan Anda melalui pesan yang ditampilkan ke user secara eksplisit dalam aplikasi FASTLab.

    Izin yang diminta hanyalah izin akses data yang dibutuhkan untuk kebutuhan mendaftarkan data diri peserta swab test ke sistem Kementerian Kesehatan sesuai dengan aturan dan hukum yang belaku.

  7. Penyimpanan dan Penghapusan Informasi

    8. FASTLab akan menyimpan informasi selama akun Pengguna tetap aktif dan dapat melakukan penghapusan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan hukum yang berlaku.

  8. Tautan ke Aplikasi atau Website Lain 

    9. FASTLab memuat beberapa tautan ke aplikasi atau website milik pihak ketiga, yang mungkin akan mengambil dan mengolah data Anda. FASTLab tidak memiliki akses terhadap data atau informasi yang anda berikan kepada aplikasi atau website tersebut.

  9. Persetujuan 

    10. Sebagaimana dinyatakan di atas, dengan mendaftarkan untuk atau menggunakan layanan di aplikasi maupun website, atau dengan mengklik tombol "Registrasi" atau setara ketika Anda membuat akun baru pada FASTLab, Anda:

    Menyetujui FASTLab dan/atau perusahaan kerjasama Pemerintah Republik Indonesia mengumpulkan, menggunakan, membagikan dan/atau mengolah data pribadi yang disebutkan di atas untuk tujuan seperti yang dijelaskan di atas.

    Data-data tersebut akan disimpan sementara di penyimpanan lokal ponsel Anda secara terenkripsi dan akan dikirim ke server secara berkala. Setelah data dikirim ke server, data yang tersimpan di penyimpanan lokal ponsel Anda akan dihapus saat itu juga. Data-data tersebut disimpan secara terenkripsi di server FASTLab yang aman dan tidak dibagikan ke publik. Data Anda hanya akan diakses bila Anda dalam risiko tertular COVID-19 dan perlu segera dihubungi oleh petugas kesehatan.

    Data Anda tidak akan diserahkan atau disebarluaskan kepada pihak lain kecuali kepada instansi pemerintah yang saat ini ditunjuk dalam menangani pandemi COVID-19, atau karena ketentuan hukum.

  10. Informasi Tambahan

Selain informasi yang sudah dijelaskan di atas, FASTLab:

  • Laboratorium FASTLab merupakan laboratorium resmi pemerintah Indonesia untuk membantu menangani pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia
  • FASTLab adalah aplikasi yang tidak hanya digunakan untuk melakukan pendaftaran pemeriksaan COVID-19 saja namun ada beberapa fitur lain seperti melihat hasil test, fitur multipayment untuk transaksi, serta beberapa fitur yang terintegrasi dengan sistem di Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. 
  • Tim yang bekerja untuk aplikasi FASTLab menjamin kerahasiaan data pengguna
  • Sumber informasi dan imbauan yang terdapat di aplikasi FASTLab berasal dari Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian Kominfo, Situs Resmi COVID-19 Indonesia dan Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO). Untuk mengakses sumber informasi dan imbauan, Pengguna bisa mengklik referensi yang terdapat di bagian paling bawah dari setiap artikel

 

We, FASTLab will inform you about important matters regarding the Privacy Policy of user data on the FASTLab application . Starting from how we process and use it will be presented in points in this Privacy Policy. Please note, by registering to/and using our application, you acknowledge knowingly that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and give your consent to the collection, use and processing of data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and/or terms of use.   

FASTLab and is aware that User and/or Customer information is confidential and private. Therefore we are committed to protecting and keeping User and/or Customer data confidential in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.   

FASTLab's Privacy Policy includes:  

  1. Data Acquisition and Collection

    2. FASTLab only collects your device data and information to run the service. FASTLab will also use some of your information for other reasons described in this Policy. The device data and information that FASTLab will collect are:     

    a) Information for Registration needs : To be able to use the FASTLab application , we will ask you to create a FASTLab account so that you can use the feature and participate in contact tracing. The required data includes, but is not limited to, your Name, Mobile Number, as well as the location and time of registration.         

    b) Device Information and Data : FASTLab will store device information based on your journey as long as the application is downloaded, for example: geographic location,. FASTLab will also store information or access when you use the application, such as User ID during registration and access to cameras, galleries and files.          

    • Geographic location : FASTLab will use information about your location, while using the application, to provide information on COVID-19 screening location services in the area closest to you. FASTLab also takes location information data to be attached as data on the results of the COVID-19 examination .  
    • Access on the device : FASTLab will only ask for access permission to use the camera, gallery and files when you make changes to your profile photo, download the results of the COVID-19 examination and upload documents or photos of yourself for integration of laboratory results reporting into the Ministry of Health system (https:/ /allrecord-tc19.kemkes.go.id/) berdas ar right of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation of the Minister of Health. FASTLab will not retrieve or use your contact data or any other files other than the one you selected.     
    • Photo Media and Files : If the user selects a profile photo from the camera, uploads his/ her identity , FASTLab will open the camera to take the picture that the user wants via the device's camera. After the photo is successfully taken, the photo will be saved first to the device storage, then used in the application. If the user enters the QR scan menu, FASTLab will read the QR Code through the camera on the device, after the QR Code is read, FASTLab will close the camera and go to the next page.       
    • Wifi : If the user chooses to activate the "free wifi for certain areas in the main menu" service. FASTLab will open and ask for wifi access on your device, it is intended to help users get a network that is already working with FASTLab . We guarantee data security through the available internet network.   
    • Record Audio: If the user uses the virtual swab feature, the user will make a video call, this call will be received and verified by the doctor, so that the doctor can provide the appropriate results, or the doctor will provide directions if during the process there is an error.   
    • Calendar : Calendar access permission is default for third party video calls, FASTLab do not use the calendar access feature for information or data collection.

    You can view and cancel the permissions/access permissions used by FASTLab at any time via the Settings menu. All access can only be processed and used if you give permission.  

  2. Data Usage

    3. Based on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the application FASTLab will process and use your data for me to do the integration of reporting the data results of the examination COVID-19 into the system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Allrecord-tc19) .     • The Member Account feature involves camera access . Camera access will be used when the patient / user will add a member who will carry out a COVID-19 examination . Camera access data recorded in the form of:
      • Results of photos (jpg format) the identity of self that is used as a data addition to Laboratory FASTLab report the results of the examination COVID-19 to the system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia .

    In addition, the stored data and access will be processed for the needs of:

    1. Using the services on FASTLab , including the data transaction bookings are complete , including the type , number and / or description of the product or service that is in want , channel payments are used , the amount of the transaction , the date and time of the transaction , detailed information about the patient as well as details of transactions other .
    2. Displays the closest location where our laboratory is located , to make it easier for users to access the location of the COVID-19 examination .
    3. Displays statistics on covid-19 cases in locations around you.
    4. Uses photos available in your phone storage and you choose when making profile photo changes via the Change Profile feature.
    5. Using the camera to perform the scan the QR Code queues which are locations that already terafilliasi with FASTLab .
    6. Displays the results of the checks that the user has downloaded ( pdf files ) via FASTLab .  
    7. Provide information to the public related to information about the examination COVID-19.
    8. As general information in the dashboard for the government in decision making.
    9. For needs and other things we will tell you later before we ask for access permission.

    You can revoke all data and access permissions at any time and at any time. All features can only be used if you give permission or give consent to perform the action, for example: the application will only download and upload files that you select and agree to.

    These data will be temporarily stored in your phone's local storage in an encrypted manner and will be sent to the server periodically. Once the data is sent to the server, the data stored in your phone's local storage will be deleted instantly.

    The data is stored encrypted on FASTLab 's secure servers and is not shared with the public. Your data will only be accessed if you are at risk of contracting COVID-19 and need to be immediately contacted by health workers.  

    Your data will not be submitted or disseminated to other parties except to government agencies currently appointed to handle the COVID-19 pandemic, or due to legal provisions.

  3. User Data Protection

    4. The data is stored securely in an encrypted format and will not be shared with other parties. The app also does not record the user's geolocation data. Meanwhile, the registered mobile number will be associated with a random ID on a secure server. The data will not be accessed, unless the user is at risk of contracting Covid-19 and needs to be contacted immediately by health workers.

    FASTLab Laboratory has been established in the Decree of the Ministry of K poor living conditions Health RI No. HK.01.07-MENKES-4642-2021 as the Official COVID-19 Examination Laboratory . M hrough the infrastructure, systems and applications FASTLab control programs pandemic COVID-19. The Ministerial Decree provides guarantees for the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation.  

  4. User Access and Permissions on the device

    For Android and iOS devices, the app will need permissions to:

    Access Audio Recording
    • Users can view the permissions used by FASTLab and disable them at any time via the settings menu 
    • Record Audio access is required by FASTLab to make it easier for doctors and patients to communicate using the audio on the device. The goal is that you can communicate well. FASTLab can listen to the sound through the audio on the cellphone when the user uses the video call feature with the doctor to validate the examination results 

    How are these access permissions used?
    • If you use the virtual swab feature, as a basic FASTLab procedure. FASTLab will open the audio to record your voice, it will simultaneously record video which will be stored on the device. Where it is intended as strong evidence that the patient has followed the doctor's recommendation for an independent swab. 

    Access User Wifi
    • Users can view the permissions used by FASTLab and disable them at any time via the settings menu 
    • To make it easier for users to get an internet network that is supported by FASTLab. FASTLab will activate a wifi network to help users get free internet which can be used to operate services in the FASTLab application if the user does not have internet service.  

    5. How are these access permissions used?
    • If the user chooses to use the internet network from FASTLab in the “FASTLab Free WIFI” menu in the main menu, FASTLab will display the available networks in the user's area. If the area is not supported by the FASTLab Internet network, a message will appear that the area is not yet supported. 

    Access user location
    • Users can view the permissions used by FASTLab and disable them at any time via the Settings menu.  
    • To be able to view activity and provide information regarding your exposure to COVID-19 around you, allow FASTLab to access your location data while you are using the app . FASTLab will use the access site to help users find the location or area inspection COVID-19 terafilliasi with FASTLab . And as the main data in the results of the COVID-19 examination .     

    Access Calendar
    • Calendar access permission is the default for third party video calls, FASTLab does not use calendar access.

    Access photos, galleries, and files Storage Granting permission to access photos, media, and files is required to access photos and files in the user's phone storage. It aims to:
    • Users can select the desired profile photo in the Change Profile feature through mobile storage.
    • Users can access the downloaded COVID-19 test results file (in the form of a pdf file ) through the file manager application or cell phone storage .

    How are these access permissions used?
    • If the user chooses to update the profile photo in the Change Profile menu through the gallery, FASTLab will display the photos that are on the device storage for the user to choose from.  
    • When the user has finished downloading the selected COVID-19 test results , FASTLab will carry out the " generate pdf " process for the examination result file , so that it can be accessed/read through mobile phone storage .   

    Camera Access
    Granting access to the camera in the user's cell phone storage. It aims to:
    • Users can take pictures to select profile photos directly without leaving the app.
    • Users can take pictures of themselves to add members / patients who will carry out COVID-19 checks .
    • Users can take pictures from within the device gallery.
    • FASTLab can read the QR Code through the camera on the cellphone when the user uses the QR scan feature to check in and check out at swab areas that are affiliated with FASTLab .  

    How are these access permissions used?
    • If the User selects a profile photo through the camera, uploading personal identification data as a patient registration procedure in FASTLab . FASTLab will open the camera to take the desired image via the device camera. After the photo is successfully taken, the photo will be saved first to the device storage, then used in the application.
    • If the user enters the QR scan menu, FASTLab will read the QR Code through the camera on the device, after the QR Code is read, FASTLab will close the camera and go to the next page.    

  5. Terms of sharing and Transferring Data

    6. Your Personal Data will not be shared by FASTLab with any company or entity except Government Agencies appointed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as an effort to control the Covid-19 pandemic.  

    FASTLab will follow the rules in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information regarding Data Protection. We uphold the confidentiality of users' personal data to create a healthy privacy climate . Mechanisms and methods of data acquisition and use follow strict rules from the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology. 

  6. Data Recording Control and Approval

    7. Applications cannot retrieve and share data without obtaining your consent via messages displayed to the user explicitly in the FASTLab application . 

    The requested permissions are required data access permissions to the need to register the data themselves participants swab test to the system of the Ministry of Health in accordance with the rules and laws that come into force .

  7. Information Storage and Deletion

    8. FASTLab will store the information for the account user remains active and can conduct deletion in accordance with the provisions of the rules of law that apply .

  8. Links to Other Apps or Websites

    9. FASTLab contains several links to third party applications or websites, which may collect and process your data. FASTLab does not have access to the data or information you provide to the application or website.   

  9. Agreement

    10. As stated above, by registering for or using the services on the app or website, or by clicking the "Register" button or equivalent when you create a new account with FASTLab , you: 

    Approved FASTLab and/or a joint venture company of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to collect, use, share and/or process the personal data mentioned above for the purposes as described above.

    These data will be temporarily stored in your phone's local storage in an encrypted manner and will be sent to the server periodically. Once the data is sent to the server, the data stored in your phone's local storage will be deleted instantly. The data is stored encrypted on FASTLab 's secure servers and is not shared with the public. Your data will only be accessed if you are at risk of contracting COVID-19 and need to be immediately contacted by health workers.  

    Your data will not be submitted or disseminated to other parties except to government agencies currently appointed to handle the COVID-19 pandemic, or due to legal provisions.

In addition to the information described above, FASTLab : 

  • The FASTLab laboratory is the official laboratory of the Indonesian government to help deal with the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia
  • FASTLab is an application that is not only used to perform the registration examination COVID-19 course , but there are some features other like seeing the results of the test, features Multipayment for the transaction , as well as some features are integrated with the system at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
